Booking Policy

We do not charge you for a cancellation or amendment made two hours prior to your booking.

We only take card details to ensure that you are not a robot or a malicious booker.

We do not store your card details; these are held by a secure third-party specialist, compliant with all data protection rules.

Failure to attend a booking without notice breaches our two-hour notice policy and will result in a £10.00 per person charge unless we can utilise your table.

For amendments or cancellations, please ONLY EMAIL in**@*******************co.uk

Failure to settle the bill prior to leaving the building may also result in charges.
